Hi, I’m Chris Hanretty. I’m a Professor of Politics at Royal Holloway, University of London.
I research public opinion, elections and electoral systems, and judicial behaviour.
I teach at lots of different levels, from introductory undergraduate courses on comparative politics to specialised Masters course and PhD supervision.
I use this website to keep copies of everything I write, and to share occasional blog posts which are too niche to share on the hollodec website I run.
I’m not as severe as the photo on the left suggests. At least, I don’t think I am.
